Not-for-profit organization created Fall 2007 by public/private partnership of DeWitt County, City of Clinton, City of Farmer City, Baum Chevrolet & Buick, Exelon Corporation, Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau, Farmer City Chamber of Commerce, Farmer City State Bank, and Monsanto Company.
